When can the shipment be made?

Spot goods will be shipped within two working days, and the delivery time is generally between 15 to 20 working days. The specific time is subject to express delivery

Can customized production be carried out

Customized production can be carried out, with a minimum order quantity of 50000. Mold customization is also possible, and the production time is generally around 30 working days.

How can I order samples?

Please leave us a message on our “Contact Us” page. You can also “submit cases” in your account. You can request up to five (5) free samples for testing. When requesting samples, you can mix and match any product! Purchasing samples requires payment of shipping fees

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

No item will be accepted for return without an authorization number (CO). To receive a (CO), please contact Customer Service sunqimin09@gmail.com(Monday thru Friday 8AM – 5PM EST). Returns will be charged a 20% restocking fee. Credit will not be given for shipping & handling charges. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. ALL returns must be made within 30 days of receipt by customer and items must be in new condition for credit to be issued.
